About us
Rome is one of the most beloved and visited cities in the world. A unique place, capable of offering unforgettable emotions, timeless beauty, and an unparalleled cultural heritage.
Unfortunately, however, reality doesn’t always live up to expectations.
In recent years, we’ve observed how many tourists, once they arrive in the city, find themselves faced with unpleasant, confusing, or even frustrating situations: unclear information, unreliable services, exorbitant prices, improvised experiences, or experiences sold as “authentic” but which are anything but authentic.
Rome is wonderful, but it’s not a simple city. It’s large, intense, multifaceted, and sometimes chaotic. Without a proper guide, you risk wasting time, energy, and—most importantly—the pleasure of traveling.
This is where the Project was born
Our project stems from a simple yet fundamental idea:
to provide visitors with a peaceful, informed, and authentic experience of Rome.
We’ve designed a service that doesn’t simply “sell information,” but rather truly supports tourists before, during, and after their stay. A reliable point of reference, built by those who know Rome, live it every day, and understand both its wonders and its challenges.
We don’t want to offer standard itineraries or copy-and-paste solutions. Instead, our goal is to help people orient themselves, avoid common mistakes, recognize reliable services, and experience the city in a more human, safe, and rewarding way.
A new way to experience Rome
The project is based on several key principles:
Clarity: simple, verified, and understandable information, without unrealistic promises.
Traveler protection: helping tourists avoid unpleasant situations, wasted time, or disappointing experiences.
Real experience: suggestions based on firsthand knowledge, not aggressive commercial logic.
The value of time: because travel time is precious and must be respected.
We have imagined a service that selects, filters, and organizes useful content, practical advice, directions, and tools that allow tourists to feel safer, more informed, and freer to enjoy the city.
We imagine a Rome where visiting the city no longer means being
treated like a tourist, but welcomed as a guest.
Roma Experience aims to become the reference point for those seeking authenticity,
transparency, and security in experiencing Rome.
Rome is an extraordinary city. The problem isn’t Rome. The problem is those who take advantage of it.
